Welcome to my website! 

I am Niamh, a recent Computer Science with Management graduate currently working as an Application Support Analyst in the finance sector. My journey has been a blend of technology and business, giving me unique perspectives on technology, economics, business, and law.

With a strong foundation in programming, web tech, database systems, and security engineering, I seek to craft efficient, user-friendly solutions. On the other hand, my coursework in user experience design and software engineering has equipped me with skills only gained from being in a client-facing role.

Beyond tech, another passion lies in financial analysis. During my time at Wharton, I embarked on financial analysis projects, which included the following: forecasting earnings, fraud prediction, and insider trading detection. This class in particular allowed me to apply my SQL skills in an entirely new field.

 

Ultimately, this experience inspired me to pursue my current role, where I continue to bridge the gap between technology, data and finance.
